2. Nature of the Platform

NoNatty does not manufacture, store or directly ship products; it acts solely as an intermediary technology platform.
- NoNatty is not a pharmacy, clinic or medical provider.
- NoNatty does not prescribe, diagnose or treat any medical condition.
- All products are offered by third-party sellers who are solely responsible for their legality, labeling and shipping.
- Prices, availability and product descriptions are set by each seller.
3. Medical Supervision and Buyer Responsibility
IMPORTANT NOTICE ABOUT MEDICAL SUPERVISION:
Every medication, pharmaceutical product, research peptide, supplement or vitamin sold on NoNatty must be used under the supervision of a licensed healthcare professional. Buyers expressly acknowledge and accept that:

4. FDA-Approved Pharmaceuticals
Products labeled as FDA-approved pharmaceuticals are those that have received marketing authorization from the U.S. Food and Drug Administration. Buyers acknowledge that:
- A valid prescription may be required depending on the product and jurisdiction.
- Availability may vary by country and applicable regulations.
- They are responsible for complying with the laws of their country of residence.

5. Research Peptides (RUO)
Research peptides are sold with the label "For Research Use Only" (RUO). Buyers expressly agree that:

- They will NOT administer these products to humans or animals.
- They will NOT resell these products for human or veterinary consumption.
- They understand that RUO products have not been evaluated by the FDA for human use.
- They assume full legal and civil liability for any misuse.

Dietary supplements and vitamins sold on NoNatty are regulated as food products, not as medicines. Buyers acknowledge that:
- These products are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease.

7. Ordering and Payment
Orders are placed through the platform and processed by each seller. Buyers agree that:
- All information provided must be accurate, complete and truthful.
- Payment methods accepted include bank transfer, credit/debit card and other methods enabled by the platform.
- Prices are shown in the currency indicated at checkout and may include applicable taxes.
- NoNatty reserves the right to cancel any order that violates these Terms or applicable law.
8. Shipping and Delivery
Shipping is coordinated directly between the buyer and the seller. NoNatty is not responsible for delays, losses, damages or customs seizures. Buyers acknowledge that:

9. Returns and Refunds
Return and refund policies are defined by each seller. In general:
- Opened pharmaceutical or RUO products cannot be returned for safety and legal reasons.
- Sealed products may be eligible for return within the period specified by the seller.
- Refunds are processed after the returned product is received and inspected.
- Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to seller error.
10. Prohibited Uses
Buyers agree NOT to:
- Use the platform for illegal purposes.
- Resell RUO peptides for human or veterinary consumption.
- Provide false information about their identity, age or medical condition.
- Attempt to bypass security, verification or age-restriction mechanisms.
- Use the platform to distribute counterfeit, adulterated or mislabeled products.

11. Intellectual Property
All content on NoNatty (logos, texts, images, software, databases, designs) is the exclusive property of NoNatty or its licensors. Buyers may not reproduce, distribute, modify or exploit any content without prior written authorization.
12. Personal Data Protection
The processing of personal data is governed by the NoNatty Privacy Notice and applicable data protection laws. Buyers may exercise their rights of access, rectification, cancellation and opposition by contacting the platform through the channels indicated in the Privacy Notice.
13. Limitation of Liability
NoNatty acts exclusively as a technology intermediary. To the maximum extent permitted by law, NoNatty shall not be liable for:
- Adverse effects, injuries or damages resulting from the use of any product.
- Errors, inaccuracies or omissions in seller-provided content.
- Delays, losses or damages during shipping.
- Customs seizures, regulatory actions or legal consequences.
- Indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages.
14. Modifications
NoNatty may modify these Terms at any time. Modifications will take effect upon publication on the platform. Continued use of the platform after publication constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
15. Termination
NoNatty may suspend or terminate any user account, at any time and without prior notice, when:
- There is a violation of these Terms.
- There is fraudulent, illegal or abusive activity.
- There is a legal, regulatory or reputational risk.
- The user provides false or misleading information.
16. Applicable Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of the Netherlands. The parties submit to the competent courts of Amsterdam, the Netherlands, waiving any other jurisdiction that may correspond to them.
